Drying drum assembly

(3) Dust collector: double-tube cyclone dust collector, induced draft fan motor power: 7.5kW;

(4) Finished product silo: volume: 2.5m3, the upper feeding level sensing device, the discharge port is equipped with a temperature sensor; the door opening mechanism uses a hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic pump motor power: 2.2kW. Receiving height: 2.5m.

Features: The drying drum adopts gear ring gear meshing transmission, stable transmission; the whole machine is easy to move, the hoist plate chain material is 40Cr, and the hanging bucket material is reinforced by 65Mn.

Asphalt tank and asphalt pipeline

Composition: Asphalt tank, asphalt pipe, and joint, valve.

Parameters: Volume: 10m3; motor power of induced draft fan: 4kW; 1 asphalt pump;

Frequency conversion speed motor power: 2.2kW.

Features: Burn coal or wood, use the spiral hot air pipe to heat the asphalt.
