Cold aggregate system

The loader shovels sand and gravel materials of different specifications into the corresponding cold storage bin; after the volume of the belt feeder is measured by the frequency converter (the frequency converter parameters are set in advance according to the gradation type, output, and mix ratio), it passes through the aggregate The belt conveyor and the feeding cold material belt conveyor are transported to the drying drum.

Dry heating system:
The drying drum heats the sand and gravel materials to a certain temperature by countercurrent heating (the control system automatically adjusts the flame of the burner). Due to the rotation of the drum, the sand and gravel materials are repeatedly lifted and dropped by the blades in the drum to form a material curtain. The heat exchange effect is enhanced, and with the help of the inclination of the drum, the sand and gravel move forward while heating; after coming out of the drum, together with the coarse filler collected by the gravity dust collector, it is lifted by the hot aggregate elevator and discharged into it to the hot aggregate screening machine.

Dust removal system

The high-temperature dust-containing flue gas discharged from the drying drum first enters the gravity dust collector through the primary flue for preliminary purification, and the collected powder is sent to the inlet of the hot aggregate elevator by the screw conveyor; then the dust-containing flue gas enters the bag type In the dust collector, the purified flue gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan. The dust recovered by the bag filter is sent to the recovered powder supply system by the screw conveyor for storage.

Mixing System

The hot aggregate is sieved into five specifications through the screening machine and flows into five hot material storage bins for storage. According to the set ratio, the five types of aggregates are put into the stone measuring bin in batches in the order of first small and then large. At the same time, the hot asphalt from the asphalt supply system and the powder from the powder supply system, Put them into their respective measuring devices according to the set proportion. After the weighing is completed, put it into the mixer according to the preset sequence for forced mixing. The mixed finished material is directly unloaded into the dump truck or can be unloaded into the finished material lifting trolley, and then lifted and unloaded by the hoist to the finished material bin for storage.

Control System

The control system relies on the signals detected by each sensor to monitor important parameters such as material ratio, asphalt content, and mixture temperature in real-time to ensure that the quality of the mixture produced can meet the requirements of users.
